Tucson, Arizona 2018 Select Photos

This year, I’m trying something a new. A little more on that later because I’m still trying to get some things in place. Related to that, I went down to Tucson for an extended weekend. The first trip, I had gone with the intent of visiting the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum and eating at El Charro. This time around, I went for a different purpose but spent the entire trip in the downtown area and made another trip to El Charro. Continue reading

Las Vegas, Nevada 2016 Select Photos

I’ve lost count on the amount of times I’ve been to Las Vegas. I’ve gone with friends, I’ve gone with family, I’ve gone alone but I’ve always had a fun or at the very least an interesting time. Continue reading

On this day of the opening ceremony for Rio 2016 Games, I sit here wishing I could be on Ipanema or Copacabana beach gazing at Sugarloaf mountain with a caipirinha in my hand with another on the way. Continue reading

Drift Beyond… Photoshop fun.

The evening my friends and I returned from Chichen Itza and the cenote in Ik Kil, we went to the small market at the resort, grabbed a few drinks and snacks to make ourselves comfortable sitting on the balcony looking out to dark waters while listening to some chill music to end the night. It really was quite unforgettable. Continue reading

It’s Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong

I’m not much for romantic movies but I am a sucker for films that take place somewhere far away and have an even greater propensity to be drawn to movies set in Asia. Even more so if the film is set as a kind of travelogue in a destination that I’ve traveled to before. This being the case, Hong Kong has definitely tattooed some great impressions upon my memory and soul.
